Rotisserie Chicken Salad

1. Rotisserie Chicken Salad Easy Recipe

Pick up a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store deli and make dinner easy tonight.

Grocery List for entrée

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, pulled off the bone and chopped
  • 1 Cup sweet seedless grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 Cup pecans chopped
  • ½ cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 3.4 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 Cup honey mustard dressing

2. Smothered Stuffed Chicken Breast

I used Blendabella to stuff nice, thick chicken breast before cooking. My easy recipe has you simmer the stuffed, browned chicken breasts in a homemade milk gravy for a tasty weeknight dinner.

Grocery List

  • 6 Plump Boneless skinless Chicken breasts
  • 1 (12) Jar Blendabella Rustic Tuscan
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • ⅓ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2½ Cups Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

3. Southern Style Cabbage Soup

This light soup recipe is a great way to eat whole foods cooked from scratch. Seasoned with ham pieces, and no need to cook another meat.

Grocery List

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 pkg. 8oz. Ham bits
  • 2 Cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
Cheesy Mashed Potato Topped Meatloaf

4. Cheesy Potato-Topped Meatloaf

This classic meatloaf recipe is covered in mashed potatoes, then sprinkled with shredded cheese, which is then melted—a scrumptious weeknight dinner recipe for your meat and potato lovers.

  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • Approximately 16 crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 4 Cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

5 Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Stromboli

Pizza dough is the secret to these tasty Buffalo Chicken Stromboli cooked in the Air Fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shredded cooked Chicken
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce (wing sauce)
  • 1 Tbs Basil, crushed
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter

6. Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Sweet & Savory Meatballs

Serve these yummy, sweet and savory meatballs with rice or make meatball sub sandwiches with them.

  • 1 bag (14-16 oz.) of frozen meatballs
  • 1 8 oz. jar of grape jelly
  • 1 12 oz. jar of chili sauce

For seafood night, I’ve chosen this recipe for Lemony Shrimp with Penne Pasta and Broccoli.

  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup. fresh lemon juice divided
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 12-oz. bag frozen broccoli florets
  • ½ medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 16-oz. box penne pasta
  • 1 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined, tail removed
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon zest
  • ½ cup. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped
