The basic needs are the place to start. You can add accessories a little bit along the way to suit your personal design space.
Where to Shop for furniture: A good place to shop for inexpensive furniture is places like Home Goods, At Home Store, Big Lots, Target or Walmart. When you are ready to buy furniture that will last a lifetime, shop at your local furniture stores that sell durable name brands and always check the reviews on the brands.

- Side Tables
- Dining Table with chairs
- Drapes, blinds or shades to cover the windows

Certainly you and I can think of a few more things to add to the first home checklist. We might even be able to get by for a while with less than all of these items. You will work on accumulating household goods a little bit at a time until you reach the point where you might even have too much stuff! It happens.
