Depending on the weather where you live, uncarved pumpkins can last up to 2 or 3 months. My Pumpkin Snowman lasted from October until the end of December and was still good, showing no signs of decay when I disposed of them after Christmas. I’m in middle Georgia where we have mild weather during fall and into late December.
