1. Crockpot Ranch Chicken Sliders
Toss the chicken into the Crockpot, sprinkle Ranch seasoning over it, and a couple of hours later, you can shred the chicken and make sliders for dinner.
Side Dishes for Sandwiches
Potato chips or French fries and a salad.
Grocery List for entrée
- 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 packets of dry Ranch dressing mix

2. Shrimp Tacos
Who says all tacos have to be made with ground beef? These Shrimp Tacos with avocado are quite tasty and a nice change.
Side Dish
Serve your favorite tortilla chips and this simple and tasty homemade guacamole.
Grocery List
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 (1 oz.) packet of Mild Taco Seasoning
- 1 pkg. (10 ct.) Soft Flour Shell Tortillas
- 2 Tbsp.Oil
- 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
- 1 large ripe tomato, cut and chopped
- 2 Medium ripe Avocados, scooped and chopped

3. Apple Stuffed Pork Loin
The secret to a tender and delicious slow-baked pork loin is baking it in an oven bag with just the right flavorings. This recipe is stuffed with sweet apples and drizzled with syrup before baking.
Side Dish
Boiled cabbage and Crockpot macaroni and cheese go well with this meal.

- 1 3 lb. Pork Tenderloin
- 2 Large Honeycrisp Apples
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder

4. Mushroom-Onion Burgers
These tasty, made-from-scratch burgers are a grilling season essential. If you enjoy the mushroom-swiss burger at your favorite burger joint, you are going to love these even more.

- 1 egg beaten

- 1/4 Cup Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp water

5 Low Country Shrimp Boil
Graduation season calls for celebration meals like this Low Country Shrimp Boil, an easy recipe.
Side dish

Ingredients
- 4 lbs. shrimp peeled and deveined
- 5 lbs. small red potatoes, washed. Do not cut up.
- 3 (16 oz.) pkgs. smoked sausage
- 1 (12 count pkg..) frozen corn-on-the-cob minis
- 4 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning

6. Sheet Pan Nachos
These Sheet Pan Loaded Nachos are one of those versatile recipes you can serve as an appetizer, a meal, or a snack.
Side Dish

Pico Ingredients
- 1-pint cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped
- ¼ medium red onion, finely chopped
- 2 T. fresh lime juice
- 2 T. fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
Homemade Taco Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 T. ground chili powder
- 2 t. ground cumin
- 1 t. ground coriander
- 1 t. garlic powder
- ½ t. smoked paprika
- ¼ t. chipotle powder
- ½ t. black pepper
- ¾ t. salt
Remaining Ingredients
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
- ¾ medium red onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 large cloves of garlic, finely minced
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1¼ lbs. ground beef
- 1 large bag (11-14 oz.) tortilla chips
- 1 8-oz. bag 4-cheese Mexican blend, finely shredded
- 2 large green onions, green parts only, sliced thin
- 1 6-oz. can black olives, chopped
- 1 large jalapeño pepper, sliced thin

7 Slow Cooker Red Beans and Rice
This old fashioned recipe has gained popularity in recent years as quite a tasty meal for anytime.
Side Dish
The only side dish needed is a pan of homemade cornbread.
Grocery List
- 1 pound dry red kidney beans, sorted and rinsed
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 pound ham pieces
- 1 pound andouille sausage, sliced into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup fresh celery, chopped
- 1 cup medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground red (cayenne) pepper
- 7 cups chicken stock or water
- For serving the meal: Cooked white or brown rice. About 1/4 cup of uncooked rice per person
