Let me help you solve the dilemma of what to cook for supper. These October weekly meal plans are loaded with seven dinner ideas, including side dishes and even desserts.
All of the recipes are included for each dish. This week’s meals include a one-dish dinner, a super simple Crockpot recipe, a 30-minute meal, soup night, and sandwich night ideas, and a unique celebration entree.

1. Classic Meatloaf with Saltines
A classic meatloaf recipe with a sweet and tangy glaze to bake on top. A delicious weeknight dinner recipe that everyone loves.
Side dishes
Green Beans and mashed potatoes go perfectly with meatloaf.

2. Country Style 15 Bean Soup Made From Scratch
The flavor combination of the country-style ribs cooked into this soup, seasoned with herbs, is amazing. A rib-sticking, delicious bowl of homemade soup.
Side Dishes
Make some Waffle Iron Corn Bread to go with your Soup.

3. Crockpot Beef Tips and Gravy
You will be surprised by just how easy this comfort food recipe is to make. It is a slow cooker recipe, ready to eat in under 4 hours with only a few simple ingredients.

Rice or mashed potatoes with your favorite green vegetable, such as green beans or Brussels sprouts.

4. Rotisserie Chicken Salad
An easy recipe for chicken salad made with Rotisserie store chicken and fresh fruits and vegetables. Make sandwiches or eat the chicken salad with crackers for a lighter weeknight dinner.

Sandwich night is a personal favorite of mine. I like to make it simple and serve potato chips and pickles on the side. A great night for dessert!

5 Pan-Seared Grouper With Lemon-Thyme Sauce
A nice, lighter 30-minute meal to make at home. Buy grouper at your local grocery store.
Side dishes
Make these Roasted Cauliflower Steaks and this Green Bean Salad to go with your fish.
6 Zucchini, Red Potatoes, and Drumsticks Foil Pack Dinner
Drumsticks pair well with fresh zucchini and red potatoes for a favorite foil pack dinner. Cook this meal in the oven or on the grill.

Because this is a complete meal, there is no need for side dishes. Serve your favorite dinner rolls.

7 Faux Prime Rib Dinner
Side dishes
This is a nice meal usually served for Sunday dinner or a celebration. Serve any of these side dish options: Baked Stuffed Potatoes, Pecan Glazed Green beans, Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese, or Roasted Butternut Squash.
