August Meal Plan Week 2

1. Chicken Cordon Bleu
Looking for a good chicken recipe you haven’t tried? This made-from-scratch classic stuffed chicken breast recipe comes with a bonus creamy butter sauce. The secret is in the sauce, as they say. In this case, the flavorful stuffed chicken paired with a tasty sauce is just plain delicious.

2. Meatless Taco Salad Recipe
Who says it must be tacos on Taco Tuesday? Serve a Taco salad for a nice change. You can even make your own edible Tortilla bowls to serve your taco salad. My recipe is meatless, but you can certainly add some cooked seasoned ground beef or chicken if you like.

3. Fried Salmon Patties Recipe
Skip turning on the oven. These thin and crispy Fried Salmon Patties cook on the stovetop in a skillet of shallow oil. There is an optional onion-dijon gravy recipe included.

4. Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
Take your PBJ to another level by grilling it. Y’all, melted peanut butter on a sandwich is quite delicious. It is pleasantly different.

5 Meatloaf with Brown Gravy
Make this delicious meatloaf for a nice midweek comfort food meal. The brown gravy is made from scratch and goes well with this meatloaf and some homemade mashed potatoes or rice.

6. Crockpot Maple Glazed Apple Pork Chops
This simple and easy three-ingredient entrée cooks on low in the Slow Cooker for about 4 hours. Loaded with flavor and it’s super easy to prepare.
