Orange Popsicle Recipe
When it is hot outside, cool down with homemade popsicles. Make these refreshing Orange Popsicles using orange juice and a few simple ingredients.
I grew up eating homemade desserts from my Mom’s kitchen. She always made us popsicles in the summer. I carried on that summer tradition with my children and grandchildren. I remember well the popsicle molds my Mom used. They were the round, short kind. Mom kept popsicles in the freezer for my brothers and me all summer long. I have carried on that tradition in my family.

These orange creamsicles are made creamy by using vanilla yogurt and milk. Simple ingredients can pack a lot of flavor and texture. These are not just frozen orange juice; they are creamy, flavorful orange creamsicles.
You can whip up this recipe in your blender in about 5 minutes. Freeze them overnight or for 5-6 hours. You get about 8 creamy, orange popsicles to cool you down on a hot day.

Ingredients
- 1-(12-oz) package of frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt, full fat (not Greek)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure clear vanilla extract
Instructions

Notes
No need to thaw the frozen orange juice concentrate.
Greek yogurt creates a tangy flavor so avoid using it. Regular vanilla yogurt will give you a nice orange dreamsicle flavor.
The molds I use will yield 8 popsicles. If you use smaller molds, like the round ones, you may get about 10 popsicles.
