This weeks menu includes Strawberry Pecan salad, Pasta, easy sandwiches, a foil packet dinner, a salad that doubles as a dessert and a one pot stick-to-your-ribs Sunday dinner.
Strawberry Pecan Salad
We’re having a fairly basic salad with lettuce, strawberries, Candied pecans and some Homemade croutons. There is no recipe for the salad. Just grab the ingredients and throw your salad together. It’s a meatless Monday!
The griddle grilled chicken is infused with tons of flavor and I cheated a little bit with the sauce. It’s an easy recipe with only 6 ingredients. Our Italian Butter with your favorite bread makes a good accompaniment.
Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato Sandwhiches
There is an unwritten southern rule that BLT’s should never be made with anything except Duke’s Mayonnaise, Don’t toast the bread and always be enjoyed in two’s.
