1. Texas Toast Sloppy Joes
An open face Sloppy Joe sandwich on Texax Toast. Just say yum!
Side dishes
Make these Homestyle Oven Baked Fries, the perfect side for these sandwiches.

2. Chicken Parmigiana Recipe From Scratch
This Chicken Parm recipe is made from scratch. The taste tells you it is worth the effort.
Side Dishes
Make this Copycat Olive Garden Salad and Dressing. Then make this yummy Italian Butter and pick up a loaf of Italian bread from your grocery deli.

3. Easy Chicken Marsala
If you have ever ordered Chicken Marsala in a restaurant, you need to try this easy recipe. It is even better than the restaurant and so much easier than you may think.
We enjoy mashed potatoes with this meal. Dinner rolls go well, too.

4. Crockpot Broccoli, Sausage & Pasta Casserole
Kids love this one-dish dinner.
Side dishes
This is a complete meal with meat and veggies. Serve your favorite dinner rolls or these homemade biscuits.

5 Glazed Baked Spam Recipe
This recipe has been a family favorite for many years. I originally got the recipe from the side of the can. The secret is in the sauce.

Make mashed potatoes or rice and your favorite green peas or beans for a complete meal.

6 Air Fryer Catfish Nuggets
This meal makes a nice change from the normal weeknight dinner ideas.
