NO MIXER NEEDED!
A whisk is all you need. Break up the lumps in the cake mix using your whisk. You will always want to do this with cake mix for any recipe. I always use my whisk for that step. This recipe can be completely mixed with the whisk.
INGREDIENTS LIST
- 1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. Clear Vanilla Extract
OPTIONAL
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Morsels

THIS IS WHAT THE BATTER WILL LOOK LIKE
Now mix in the eggs, oil and vanilla until well blended. Your mix will look like this. Thick and moist when it is ready for the Slow Cooker.
PRINTABLE RECIPE BELOW

PRO TIP
Line the Crockpot with aluminum foil as shown. Some Crockpots cook quicker than others just like ovens. My old Crockpot would burn one side of the brownie and not the other which is clear evidence it wasn’t heating evenly across the bottom.
ADD THE BROWNIE BATTER TO THE CROCKPOT
Spray the foil with non-stick spray. Then add the strawberry brownie batter on top of the foil. If you are opting for the white chocolate morsels, now is the time to add those in. Just sprinkle across the top and lightly press down.
Now cook on medium heat for between 1 to 2 1/2 hours. Cooking times vary depending on your Crockpot.
Brownies are done when toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Use pot holders to carefully lift the foil out of the Crockpot and rest the brownies onto a cooling rack.
Cool completely before cutting.
CROCKPOT TIP
Cover the top of the Crockpot with an old dish towel then place the lid on top of the dish towel. The towel will absorb the moisture so your Brownies won’t be over moist.
