Menu Plan #43 Valentine’s Week
Menu Plan #43 bring us into Valentine’s Week. Our menu options this week include a few ideas for you to consider for your Valentine’s meal at home.
Do you eat out or stay in to celebrate your Valentine? We will stay in since Valentine’s falls on a weekday. Neither of us mind and are looking forward to creating a special meal for ourselves.
Monday
Beef and Bean Burritos using this recipe.Â
You can either cook your pinto beans from scratch or grab a couple cans from the grocery store. I will cook dried pinto beans.
Valentine’s Day!
I’m sharing several options which we have prepared in the past for our Valentine’s meal at home. Personally I’m not a high maintenance girl and don’t mind cooking for Valentine’s Day, usually.
Pasta Dishes
Easy Chicken Parmigiana (only 6 ingredients!)
No Fuss Romantic Italian Dinner (don’t balk at frozen meals, this one is so good, it’s a regular at our house)
If it’s Beef he craves
Seafood Options
Parmesan Italian Crusted Salmon
Sexy Soup and Salad Idea!
Crabmeat Stew with Mandarin Orange Salad
Mandarin Orange Salad & Mandarin Orange Dressing
Wednesday
Bring on the Budget Stretcher!Â
Crockpot Broccoli & Sausage Macaroni Casserole will feed us for two days and it’s cheesy comfort food my hubby loves.
Thursday
Leftovers from Wednesday
Friday
We’re having Loaded Baked Potatoes!
What will they be loaded with? Whatever is in the refrigerator. We do have some sour cream leftover from Monday’s Beef & Bean Burritos. There is always butter and shredded cheese in the fridge and I may have saved a few shrimp just for our baked potatoes. This may be my favorite meal of the week.
Our Menu this week:
Monday: Beef & Bean Burritos
Tuesday: Easy Chicken Parmigiana
Wednesday:Â Crockpot Broccoli & Sausage Macaroni Casserole
Thursday: Leftovers from Wednesday

We had chicken Parm for Valentine’s Day, too! 🙂
We’re pretty no-fuss with Valentine’s Day, too. Chicken Parmigiana sounds yummy – I haven’t made this in a long time!
