July Meal Plan Week 5
It’s week 5 of our July Meal Plan. Meal planning is the best way to manage the grocery budget. Plus it will save your sanity if it’s your job to figure out what to cook every day.
This month seems longer than usual for some reason. This year July had 5 Thursdays, 5 Fridays and 5 Saturday. Thank goodness it wasn’t 5 Mondays, right! ~wink

Friday Menu

Air Fryer Catfish Nuggets
If Friday is for fish then this week we are going to enjoy our supper. These Air Fryer Catfish nuggets are super easy to make. They look and taste deep fried with all the oil.
I find a big bag of frozen catfish nuggets at the Walmart grocery store.
Side dish I make with these is Homemade Creamy Cole slaw

Homemade Mushroom Swiss Burger with grilled onions
One of my favorite burgers to order in a restaurant is the Mushroom Swiss so I decided to make my own version at home. I actually used Provolone but you can get Swiss cheese.
We are having chips with our burgers this week.

It’s Peach Season!
Cinnamon Baked Peaches for dessert
Only 3 ingredients are standing between you and this southern summer food dessert delicacy.
