Easy Cheesy Spicy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients for Spicy Roasted Cauliflower
- 1 large head of cauliflower; rinsed and dried with florets separated
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
How To Roast Cauliflower
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450° and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
Step 2
Add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes to a large bowl and stir to blend. Add in the prepared cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
Step 3
Spread the seasoned cauliflower onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and set the oven broiler on high. Sprinkle about 1/2 of the freshly grated parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower and place it under the broiler just long enough to begin to melt the cheese.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately while warm.
