PLUS, make a dish of this light and delicious Pear Salad.
It’s fruity sweet and cheesy so you get a bit of a sweet and salty taste.

Wednesday Menu

Creamy Corn Chowder recipe
This summer soup recipe is made completely from scratch using fresh corn.
You should be able to get a few ears of corn from your local farmer’s market or produce department at the grocery store.
Even the corn cobs are used to flavor this soup and the results are memorable.
Thursday Menu

Chicken Tender Asian Chopped Salad
Skip the Zaxby’s drive thru and make a quick and easy Asian salad at home.
This recipe cheat is actually a grocery store salad kit makeover.
Easy recipe. We even made over the dressing packet that came in the bag of salad.
Friday Menu

Baked Lemon Pepper Tilaipa
Here is a meal you can have on the table in under 30 minutes.
It’s also a low carb meal which is filling and satisfying.
I like to serve California vegetables, you know those in the microwave bags. They are ready very quick.
Saturday Menu

We frequently try to fire up the grill on Saturday’s in the summer. This week it’s one of our favorites, Hot dogs.
Simple and easy summer meal.
We all have favorite hot dog toppings. For us, that means Hot dog chili or my Homemade Creamy Cole slaw.
As a special treat, I will be making those Oven Baked Homestyle French Fries everyone loves.
Sunday Menu

A nice traditional, filling Sunday dinner is on the menu plan for today.
A chuck roast slow cooked with the popular Mississippi Crockpot Roast method except I prefer pearl onions to the pepperoncini.
