My grocery store deli always has fresh little chicken tenders which are handy to keep around for a quick lunch or if you have a house full of hungry teenage boys like we do.

Those chicken tenders are the perfect addition to salads for a quick and easy weeknight meal that satisfies everyone in the home.

THE DRESSING

The grocery store bag salad kit always comes with a little dressing packet. It is never enough! Don’t be afraid to give it a quick makeover and stretch how far it will go. We love Yum Yum Sauce at our house so we pretty much always have it on  hand. It’s great with our Shrimp Fried Rice recipe.

We blend the dressing mix in the packet which is a Sesame dressing with a little Yum Yum sauce and the results were lip smacking delicious! Recipe included below.
