Asian Salad Kit pictured with the ingredients listed on front
  • 1 Seedless Cucumber
  • 1 pkg. Asian Chopped Salad Kit (with Wonton strips, almonds, and Sesame Dressing included)
  • 1 lb. chicken tenders from grocery deli (cold)
  • 1/2 Cup Yum Yum Sauce, I use this brand

Variations

  • Use Rotisserie chicken instead of chicken tenders
  • Add more vegetables such as sweet Bell peppers in red or orange for more color
  • Add mandarin oranges for a nice bite of sweet taste
  • Use cashews or pistachios instead of almonds
  • Add a few sliced thin purple onions for color and flavor

Directions

Step 1ย

Pour the Yum Yum sauce and the Sesame dressing into a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.

Step 2

Open the salad kit bag and remove the packets of dressing, almonds, and won ton strips, set aside. Pour the salad greens into a nice big bowl.

Step 3

Peel and cut the cucumbers then cut them into bite-size pieces adding them into the salad greens. Add the chicken tenders and toss the mixture together.

Step 4

Sprinkle the won ton strips and almonds over the top of the salad and toss gently. Serve with the salad dressing on the side so that each person can add the dressing to their bowl of salad.
