Easy Chicken & Cheese Stuffed Alfredo Ravioli
Homemade Alfredo is absolutely the very best! A bowl full of this Easy Chicken & Cheese Stuffed Alfredo Ravioli is always a welcome dish on our dinner table.
This is an easy dinner recipe that my husband has been making for many years. We sometimes have chicken with it and sometimes we have shrimp with it, both are very tasty! Normally we use fettuccine but this time we had this scrumptious cheese-stuffed ravioli which made this dish so much better!

 Ingredients
- 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 bag frozen cheese stuffed ravioli
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
ALFREDO SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- ½ pint of half and half
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese
- ½ grated Parmesan/Romano Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1 Make the Alfredo sauce
Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Then add the half-n-half, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper, stirring while adding. Brint to a soft boil then cook for about 2-3 minutes. Stir often until the alfredo sauce is smooth. The sauce will thicken as it simmers.
Step 2 Cook the chicken
Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to a large skillet on medium-high heat and cook the chicken until down and brown the chicken on both sides. Then drain on paper toweling.
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
Step 3 Cook the ravioli
Cook the ravioli according to package directions and drain in a colander.
Step 4
Into a large serving bowl add the ravioli and chicken. Pour the fresh hot alfredo sauce over top and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
