My personal favorite way to eat sweet potatoes is baked and topped with butter, brown sugar and a little cinnamon. Our family always has Sweet Potato Souffle on Thanksgiving which my Mom used to make. Now I make it. Fun fact, I completely forgot to add the sugar one year which was evident with the first bite! They have never let me forget!

All of these look so good that it’s hard to pick just one. Although, I do like the more savory potato dishes, so the cheesy potato dish is my fav.
So many yummy options! We always do ours with maple syrup, cinnamon, and a toasted marshmallow topping. No, I can’t wait until Thanksgiving! 🙂

Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite side dishes. For Thanksgiving, I always make a sweet potato casserole with the brown sugar, pecan topping. The one thing I don’t like with my sweet potatoes is marshmallows. I know it’s weird, but I’ve never liked that combination. After seeing all these delicious creations, I’m now craving sweet potatoes.
