No Bake Triple Berry Cheesecake Parfait
Triple Berry Yogurt Parfait
One of those delightful parfait recipes which can be served as breakfast or dessert any time of the year and even goes well on a brunch menu. Did you notice it also shows it’s patriotism all decked out in red white and blue.
Another delicious fruity parfait recipe made with yogurt is this one using fresh peaches. These Mini Peach Parfaits are great in the summertime.
Our Triple Berry Yogurt Parfait begins with a nutty crust you can whip up in just a couple minutes. For a real treat, reserve a tiny bit of that crust, top the parfait with whipped cream. Then sprinkle a little of the nutty mix on top of the whipped cream.
Crust Ingredients
- ¼ Cup raw almonds
- 3 pitted dates, roughly chopped
- ¼ Cup raw pecans
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Cheesecake Ingredients:
4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 Cup Greek yogurt, plain and not fat free
3 Tbsp. honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp Pure vanilla extract (this is my favorite brand)
1 Cups strawberries, chopped
1 Cup raspberries
½ Cup blueberries
To Make The Crust
Pour the almonds, pecans, dates, and cinnamon into a food processor and pulse until it begins to form a ball. The nuts should be well broken down.
Divide the nut crust between 4 individual Parfait glasses or wide mouth small Mason jars and set aside. Wouldn’t it be so fun to serve these at a Mother’s Day brunch in cute Mason jars with a pretty spoon.
You know it’s going to be a yummy recipe when you are blending yogurt, cream cheese and honey together!
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Set aside.
Another scrumptious recipe using yogurt is this made from scratch Caesar Salad dressing in our Classic Caesar Salad recipe.
We also use honey as a natural sweetener in our Peach Mango Salsa we enjoy on grilled pork chops.

Make The Parfait
Divide half of the cheesecake mixture between the 4 serving dishes or jars. Top with half of the berries. Then repeat the layering with remaining cheesecake mixture and fresh berries. You should have two layers of each with the crust on the bottom.
Chill your Triple Berry Parfaits in the refrigerator for about 2 hours prior to serving.
