Make This Easy Homemade Hot Fudge Recipe

Hot Fudge Sauce is the only way I can think of to make ice cream any better. Making your own Hot Fudge just takes it to another level!

My Homemade Hot Fudge Recipe is super easy with only four ingredients plus no mixer needed! All you need is a saucepan, wooden spoon, a whisk, and four simple ingredients of course.

Ingredients

Only four simple ingredients and about 10 minutes are standing between you and the best hot fudge sauce ever!

  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 2 oz. Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
  • 2 Cups Sifted Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Half and Half, heated to boiling

Directions

Step 1

Combine butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until melted, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Step 2

Remove from heat and cool for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Begin adding powdered sugar and half and half stirring well after each addition. Use a whisk to continue mixing until the fudge is smooth.

Step 4

Pour into a pint Mason jar with lid and ring. Cool completely and refrigerate until ready to use.
