Our Trunk or Treat design this year is super easy to put together and cost almost nothing!
Peanuts®Great Pumpkin is a favorite must see program at our house during October! It makes no difference how many times we have seen it. We are going to watch it again and again. Of course it’s the perfect theme for a trunk or treat design!
We tend to shy away from ghoulish Halloween decor preferring the softer side of the holiday. The scariest thing you’ll find in our decor is Lucy with her green monster face mask unless the sight of sheet ghosts are considered frightening to you. When I was a child going trick or treating, everyone was a ghost.
Costumes have come a long way through the years! That is why we created a photo spot for our trick or treaters to pose in their costumes!
We used our Great Pumpkin photo backdrop for our Peanut’s Halloween party recently. Our little Raggedy Ann and Andy are just adorable, aren’t they!
We are getting double bang for our buck with the Peanuts® Great Pumpkin Cardboard Stand Up and Peanuts® Halloween Backdrop Banner from our party! I’m seriously considering using them on the front porch for Halloween night too!
All of the flowers, plants, hay bales and pumpkins are from our front porch and yard decor. Nothing creates a welcoming atmosphere more than pumpkins and fall flowers!
All we need now is some candy. That big purple bowl will be full of some candy favorites!
Where to buy bulk candy for Halloween without breaking the bank!

I LOVE Charlie Brown and used to watch all the shows on tv. This totally made me smile and brings back so many childhood memories of trick-o-treating with my cousins.

Hi, Shirley! You’re an amazing designer and blogger. I think pumpkin is necessary for Halloween holiday. I like pumpkin so much but I am bad at decorating. Your tips are really useful for me! Thank you ao much! Please keep writing and sharing!
