Christmas Party Game #1

Have you ever played the Reindeer Antler Game? You would remember, trust me! This is such a funny game.

How to play the Reindeer Antler Game. It's a hilarious Christmas party game. Grab some really big panty hose and balloons from the dollar store and get ready for some laughs! #Christmas #partygames #familygames #reindeerantlergame #teamgames #relaygame

How to Play the Reindeer Antler Game

Supplies (Dollar Store)

  • Panty hose, like these (Hint: Buy very large pantyhose so they will fit over all size heads!)
  • Lots of colored balloons

This is a Team Competition Game.  Divide your group into equal teams. Provide each group with a pair of pantyhose and lots of balloons.

When you say “Go”, they will begin to blow up their balloons, tie them off, and stuff them into the legs of the pantyhose. Whichever team finishes first wins the game!

It is easier said than done! The goal of this game is to create ‘Antlers’ that stand up as shown above. One person will wear the antlers when finished. So much fun! Be sure to take lots of pictures for memories later.

Decipher The Canticles of The Yuletide Season aka Christmas Carol Opposites Game

Decipher The Canticles of the Yuletide Season is a written party game with clues to figure out what the name of the song is.

This Christmas party game has been around for many years. It’s a good brain teaser perfect played in teams because consulting with one another helps to figure it out. Allow plenty of time as some of these clues are hard to get.

  • Team Play or Individual
  • Pen/Pencil
  • Something to bear down on like these clipboards
  • A copy of the game for each guest (free printable below)

I purchased Christmas-themed pencils and handed them out to my guest. Those also served as one of their party gifts.

  6. These are great! If I can get my hubby to brave the stores to buy some pantyhose, then we are definitely doing the Reindeer Antler Game at our Christmas Eve celebration this year. Every Christmas Eve we have a family party that includes an Ugly Christmas Sweater competition and matching Christmas pjs for the whole family, so that game would fit in perfectly!
