Can you even believe we are discussing the week 3 July Meal Plan? Shortcut recipes and Meal planning is a must at my house to keep the grocery budget intact and help me have a more organized week.

This weeks meal plan is about using shortcut recipes. That means I’m not really cooking from scratch too much and when I do, I still use a shortcut like the Slow Cooker.

Monday Menu

Easy Chicken parm

Stovetop Grilled Easy Chicken Parmigiana is one of my quick and easy recipes, not completely from scratch.

I use my stovetop griddle which gives the boneless skinless chicken a nice flavor and leaves those grill marks too.

Serve a salad on the side and maybe some rolls.

Tuesday Menu

Iron Skillet Parmesan Italian Crusted Salmon easy recipe. It’s pan seared and there are only 4 ingredients to the quick and easy recipe.

Sides dishes I like to serve with this Salmon are my Pecan Glazed Green Beans and Homemade Mashed Potatoes.

It’s a restaurant quality meal at home.

Wednesday Menu

One of the easiest recipes you can make for dinner. Crockpot Beef Tips and Gravy.

This recipe has been Pinned over 157,000 times and for good reason.

I always serve it on a bed of rice which as you know is ready in 20 minutes and involves nothing but rice and boiling water.

My all time favorite Crockpot is this one I found on Amazon.

Thursday Menu

Foil pack meals are a nice shortcut recipe

Another favorite way to cook for easy clean up is Foil Pack dinners aka Hobo Dinner. This one is called Foil Pack Chicken and Broccoli and I also tossed in Yams, onions and mushrooms which are optional.

No other side dishes needed. It’s a ‘one pot meal.’

Cook foil pack dinners on the grill or in the oven.

Friday Menu

Make these super easy Rotisserie Chicken Salad sandwiches for an easy Friday night dinner.

Serve chips and pickles on the side and prop your feet up.

Sometimes I make my burgers from scratch with this recipe.

But y’all I’m not afraid to grill premade burgers from the grocery store too. It’s a time saver.

Sunday Menu

Sunday Brunch at home! I don’t know about you but every once in a while, a good brunch spread on Sunday is nice at our house.

The menu consist of Baked Egg & Veggie Muffins,

Watermelon Blueberry Salad, cut up the watermelon the day before,

Triple Berry Cheesecake Parfait which can be made the night before and stored in the fridge,

and Homemade Banana Bread with pecans and cinnamon which can be made a day or two ahead or even taken from the freezer.
