Apparently it’s Pasta Week for Menu Plan 28 because I managed to fit in three separate pasta dishes!
It wasn’t intentional but that’s fine. We love pasta, don’t you?
Crockpot Flat Iron Steak and Mushroom Gravy
We have a new recipe up on the blog which is so easy for Sunday dinner. I put the ingredients in the Crockpot before getting ready for Church and dinner is done when we get home. Sort of done, I do whip up some Homemade Mashed Potatoes as a side.
Hot Dogs are not just for summer at our house. We grill them on a stovetop griddle more often than the outdoor grill. I like some grilled onions with mine and my hubby loves the buns just slightly grilled sometimes.
My griddle is like this one from Amazon (affiliate link)
The stovetop griddle is perfect for cooking these chicken thighs for Easy Chicken Parmigiana
Spaghetti the easy way. Y’all know what that means, right? Boil and drain the noodles. Cook 1 lb. ground meat, drain and return to skillet. Pour a jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce onto the meat and stir. Heat through and served the meat sauce over a plate full of noodles.
Broccoli & Cherry Tomato Parmesan Pasta Salad served on a bed of lettuce.
Friday nights at home can be fun sometimes. My hubby and I often prepare a meal together and this one will happen this Friday. Bertolli Lasagna really does taste homemade and it’s even better served with a side salad and bread with Italian Butter.
