Preparing a Polynesian dinner does not have to mean spending a long time in the kitchen as your own sous chef! You can impress your family with a delicious and colorful meal in under 30 minutes. This basic recipe boasts 2 meats and 3 ingredients. You can serve it just like this or personalize it with your family’s culinary favorites. Quick & Easy Two Meat Three Ingredient Polynesian Dinner


2 or 3 boneless pork chops

2 or 3 boneless skinless chicken breast or tenderloins, cut up into bite size chunks

1 Can pineapple chunks, Do not drain

1 jar whole cherries

1/2 Vidalia onion, cut up

Salt & Pepper to taste


In a large skillet which has been sprayed with non-stick spray, cook pork chops, cut up chicken and onions together. After the meat is done, pour in the pineapple chunks and cherries. Continue cooking just until the liquid is steaming hot. No need to boil.

Serves 4.

Variations: This is a basic Polynesian dinner recipe. You can personalize this meal for you family by adding cut up vegetables and seasonings of your choice.     1. Zan you could absolutely cook this in the crockpot but it wouldn’t take long. You wouldn’t want to cook it for more than 2 hours because those meats won’t take long to cook.
