Ingredients

  • White Chocolate Oreos (buy at your grocer, Walmart or Amazon)
  • Christmas theme cake icing decorations (mine came from Target)
  • Mini Reese’s Cups
  • Tube of white frosting

Ingredient Substitutions

If you cannot find white chocolate Oreos, make them yourself with instructions below for white chocolate dipped Oreos.

Making white chocolate dipped Oreos

Place the white candy melts into a glass microwave safe bowl. Then microwave at 50% power in 45 second increments, stirring often. Continue until the candy is completely melted and smooth.

Then dip each Oreo into the melted white candy and tap the side of the bowl to allow excess to drip off.

Now place each wet cookie onto a waxed paper lined sheet pan to dry. Once dry, they are ready to decorate.

Directions

Step 1

Pipe a small dot of icing from the tube onto the cookie where you want to place your edible decoration. Place the candy onto the wet icing and press down gently. Allow to dry.

Step 2

Use the frosting to stick a mini Reese’s peanut butter cup or a Rolo candy to the top of the cookie and allow to dry before serving.

Tip

Cut each mini Reese’s cup in half before ‘gluing’ to the cookie for a better fit laying on a serving platter. I realized this after I finished. Live and learn ~wink~
