I’m not sure I’ve heard of a flat iron steak before…but my hubby loves all kinds of steaks – looks like he would love this, too! (And I’m all for any kind of Crock Pot use!)
I know, Kristen. I’m apparently behind in the flat iron steak world too. When I was researching how to cook it, I was surprised at how many people already knew. It was my daughter who told me about it.
Looks delish! I want to try this out. I love all your recipes; you seem to be a great cook! I can tell from the looks of the recipes you share and from the pecan glazed green beans that I have tried!
Zan, I’m so glad you enjoyed the pecan glazed green beans 🙂 I don’t cook every day but I have been cooking for over 36 years now. I love reading recipes and learning new good things to cook! I have a nice cookbook collection and enjoy reading through them also! Thanks for the compliment 🙂
That looks amazing.. and like something my husband might actually eat if I don’t tell him about the balsamic dressing lol.
Thanks for stopping by Angel. Make it with the Creamed Vidalia Onion & Mushroom sauce instead. I’ve never met a man who would like that 🙂
I’m always looking for new slow cooker recipes to cook for the family while at church on Sunday. We’ve grown too much to eat out after church! This one certainly fits the bill and my family will love it! Pinning!
It’s a ‘good-un’ ! Alli. Let me know how you enjoy it.
Steak and onions, nothing better. This sounds great! I am always looking for new crock pot recipes. This is getting pinned for the next time flat iron steak goes on sale. And if it doesn’t soon I may try it on a round steak. YUM!
Ohhh, I’m sure that round steak would be good too, Amanda!
