Add the unsalted butter to a small skillet set on medium heat. Once the butter is mostly melted, add the honey and maple syrup. Stir to combine. Continue to heat for about 1 or 2 more minutes until heated through while stirring. Remove from heat and set aside.

Now place the pecans into a large bowl and pour the melted butter mixture over them. Toss to coat all of the pecans with the butter.

Then add the blended spice mixture to the coated pecans and toss well to coat all of the pecan halves completely as much as possible. You can tell this is going to be so good!

Pour the coated pecans onto your prepared baking sheet and spread them into a single layer. Try not to overcrowd the baking sheet. It is best to use a large baking sheet to avoid overcrowding.
Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Stir the pecans and spread back out about half way through. Oven temperatures vary so keep a check on your pecans if your oven tend to cook hot and fast. Convection ovens may take less time.
