- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter softened
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt, use table salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
- ¾ cup raisins
Directions for making Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Step 1
Place the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order listed except the raisins and close lid. Do not add the raisins yet.
Step 2
Program your bread machine to the Sweet bread cycle setting and press Start. Let the bread baking begin.
Step 3
When your bread maker beeps for add-ins, that is when you add the raisins then allow the bread to continue baking.
Step 4
Once the baking cycle is complete, carefully remove the bread pan from the machine. Transfer your cinnamon raisin loaf to a wire rack and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
