BONES SKULLS & RUBY RED DISHES

Bones and skulls along with ruby red dishes and Skeleton hand cups adorn our Halloween Skeleton Tablescape this year.

Admittedly we decorated a little more spooky this year which is not my norm. But sometimes we need to keep folks guessing what we might do next!

CUPCAKES & SKELETON HANDS

Our Skeleton Hand plastic mugs came from Oriental Trading as did all of our party supplies. Oriental Trading is seriously a great place to shop for both spooky and not so spooky. They even have bulk candy and non candy allergy friendly things to hand out for Trick or Treat.

Don’t you just love those Cupcake Skull picks too! They are spooky and classy at the same time. we served Chocolate cupcakes with a white icing which made the perfect dessert for a black and white style Halloween party.

BONES & CHAINS

Skulls, bones and chains are the focus of our centerpiece. They are overseen by their caretaker a mini skeleton. The base of the centerpiece is an over sized white platter layered with black fabric.

Do you remember the Avon Cape Cod Collection of gorgeous ruby tableware? We used several pieces in our centerpiece, including the cake stand and the creamer. The dishes are part of the place setting.

BETTY TWO HEADS

Meet the hostess and guest of honor who we call Betty Two Heads. She keeps her kitty with her and you will see him sitting next to her on the table. He doesn’t eat much because it tends to go right through him.

Betty had those Spider Fascinators made special for this Halloween Party. She is a bit of a cheapskate buying all of the supplies at the dollar store except the lace tulle. It came from Oriental Trading on a roll and was used as a topper on the table.

BLACK WHITE & CREAM

We enjoyed styling this Halloween party in white, black and cream colors. The vintage look Halloween decorations from Oriental Trading made the color scheme easy to pull off.

The layering on the table begins with a cream colored fabric tablecloth from my collection which is then topped with black lace tulle. The only other color we used was the red cherries on the rim of the Skeleton Hand mugs which hold cherry juice and the ruby red Avon Cape Cod Collection pieces. Their color is so dark it almost looks black.

VINTAGE AVON CAPE COD

Our plate stack is layered with a black place mat topped with white chargers then the Avon Cape Cod dinner plate and finally a paper dessert plate from the Oriental Trading Vintage Halloween collection.

We also used our everyday flatware and the cute Skull paper napkins from Oriental Trading as well.

CREEPY & EERIE

We think we captured all of the creepiness with bones and skeletons and skulls on this eerie Halloween dinner table. Touches of string lights, candles and black tea lights resting in skeleton hands help to set the mood.
