I finally updated an old post which was actually from my first month of blogging more than three years ago. It’s a grocery budget saver I’ve been doing from time to time for many years called 3 Days Of Meals from One Pot of Beans. We are starting Menu Plan #39 off with this budget stretcher idea!
Here’s a tip. I get it, everyone doesn’t enjoy having beans and cornbread so make the Chili today and have it again on Tuesday! Two days of Chili is always good in the winter!

Crockpot Cube Steak and Mushroom Gravy served on a bed of rice. I was able to snag some cube steak on sale at a new grocery store in our area. Keep an eye out for meat on sale and freeze it to fit into your menu plan.
Homemade Chicken Pot Pie for dinner on Friday means we will have leftovers for lunch at home on Saturday!
