I love to can! It is labor intense BUT SO REWARDING! I also freeze allot of our summer bounty. Though I prefer to can as it does not get freezer burnt. I am SO EXCITED about this give away!

Good luck Tara! Canning is really not hard. Don’t be intimidated by the process. I don’t use a pressure canner, they scare me. I just use a big dutch oven, works just fine!
