Creating a simple Red White and Blue Tablescape is a fun and festive way to celebrate summer even beyond the 4th of July. Red White and Blue remain in my home decor until we are safely close enough to fall to bring out those colors.
Prior to the 4th of July holiday I had small USA Flags nestled into the centerpiece. I designed this simple Red White and Blue Tablescape to get me though summer beyond the Patriotic holiday.
Paper straws are everywhere! They add a nice touch of whimsy to table settings. These windmill straws are a grocery store find but see the link below in ‘Shop The Look’ for lots of windmill straws!
Have you ever heard that we become our mother’s as we continue to age? I see so much of my mother in myself and I chuckle. My Mom loved to buy pretty dishes to set the table for dinner! I like using them to create pretty table settings like this red white and blue one.
Although the dark navy blue dish looks black in the photo trust me it’s navy blue and they were a bargain find at Target!
My Mom’s beautiful ivory soup tureen is rarely ever used for it’s original purpose. Doesn’t it make a perfect centerpiece for this Red White and Blue Tablescape. I love the simplicity! Red Hydrangea silk flowers complete the centerpiece.
A fun red and white checkered tablecloth anchors the look for this Red White and Blue Tablescape for summer decor. Although I found my tablecloth at Walmart you can click the affiliate link to find one on Amazon. Scroll to bottom to Shop The Look.
See how I also used those red square salad plates in my Buffalo Plaid Christmas Tablescape.
Our festive Red White and Blue Tablescape will bring the fun of summer to our breakfast nook most of the summer. It is simple enough to maintain and bring summer fun to weeknight meals.
The pretty blue bubble pitcher is usually full of iced tea on this summer table and was a T. J. Maxx find.
Mixing and matching table decor is really a fun process when creating pretty seasonal or special occasion tablescapes. It reminds me of playing house when I was a little girl. This Red White and Blue Tablescape is one of my favorite’s so far because summer decor is fun!
