Candy Corn and Peanuts make a fun sweet and salty snack mix to enjoy in the Fall and during the Halloween season.
You have to love a snack mix that requires almost no effort like Candy Corn and Peanuts. There is no cooking involved. You won’t turn on the oven. Just mix and enjoy.
It’s an addictive snack mix because of that delicious combination of sweet and salty. As a seasonal snack, one that we tend to enjoy in the Fall. It adds a fun vibe fun to the home because of the bright fall colors.

Ingredients for Candy Corn and Peanuts Snack Mix
- Candy corn
- Dry roasted salty peanuts
Directions for making Candy Corn & Peanuts Snack Mix
Step 1
Dump an entire bag or two of candy corn into a large bowl.
Step 2
Now dump an entire jar of dry roasted salted peanuts into the same bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to blend the mixture of candy corn with the peanuts.
Step 3
Pour the candy corn and peanuts mixture into an airtight container like a large Mason jar. Sit it on the counter and watch it slowly disappear.
Add your Candy corn party mix to a fun Candy buffet as I created above.
When to serve Candy Corn Snack Mix
Fall snack mix is fun to munch on while watching those Saturday college football games at home.
Movie night snacking is a good time to serve your peanuts and candy corn snack mix. Give each child a small brown paper bag with their own portion to snack on during the movie.

Add a handful of your candy corn nut mix to a Ziploc bag and toss it into your lunch bag for your 3 pm snack at work.

That looks yummy! I never thought to put candy corn in a mix like this. I make one regularly for our lunches with dried cherries, mixed nuts and a bit of chocolate for a treat. ~Renee
