Watermelon is the Pumpkin of Spring and Summer! Blueberries and Watermelon were born to live side by side and be shared together! No matter how you design it, a yummy Watermelon Fruit Salad is quintessential to summer!

Ingredients
To make this delicious Watermelon Blueberry Feta Salad, you’ll need a few simple ingredients.
- Small seedless watermelon
- About 2 cups of sweet fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of Feta cheese

- 1 small watermelon
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Feta cheese
Directions
Step 1
The first step in making this refreshing Watermelon Blueberry Salad is to cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. You can use a melon baller or simply cut the watermelon into small cubes. Make sure to remove any seeds or rind before adding it to the salad.
Step 2
Once you have the watermelon prepared, add it to a large mixing bowl along with the fresh blueberries and Feta. Toss together gently to combine or you can layer the ingredients as well.
TIP
Layering the ingredients makes for a pretty attractive dish on the serving table.

Notes
While we enjoyed our fresh Watermelon Feta Blueberry Salad at home, it’s the perfect picnic dish too! We will just make our salad in a plastic container with a lid, pack it into our cooler and off we go! We are making plans now for a Spring picnic and this salad is on the menu.

Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for not more than a couple of days.
While this fruit salad is best served fresh you can Make-ahead in the morning to serve later in the day. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Do not add the Feta until ready to serve.

Blueberries are a super food and one of my favorite warm weather treats! I may potentially add almost as many blueberries as watermelon when I make this treat.
