Preheat oven to 375°
In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl beat the shortening on medium or high speed until softened.
Add the eggs, sugar, melted and cooled chocolate, baking powder and vanilla.
Beat until well combined.
Gradually stir in the flour a little at a time until well combined.
Stir in the peanut butter chips
Cover the dough and chill for 1 or 2 hours.
Shape chilled dough into 1 inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet or silicone baking mat.
Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set.
Remove from oven and cool on wire racks.
