Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2% or whole milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and corn syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often, and then reduce the heat to low.
  • When the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Allow the mixture to cool slightly for several minutes.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the plastic mold. You may want to pour it into a large measuring cup or bowl with a pouring spout first. Insert the popsicle stick into your fudge popsicles, and cover then freeze until firm for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • To remove your delicious frozen treats from the mold, you can dip the popsicle mold in warm water for 5 to 7 seconds.
