Ingredients
2cups2% or whole milk
1/2 cupcocoa powder
2/3cupgranulated sugar
2tbspcorn syrup
1 tspvanilla extract
Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and corn syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often, and then reduce the heat to low.
When the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Allow the mixture to cool slightly for several minutes.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the plastic mold. You may want to pour it into a large measuring cup or bowl with a pouring spout first. Insert the popsicle stick into your fudge popsicles, and cover then freeze until firm for at least 6 hours or overnight.
To remove your delicious frozen treats from the mold, you can dip the popsicle mold in warm water for 5 to 7 seconds.
