Ingredients
1lb.boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
116. oz.jar of spaghetti sauce
116 oz. jar of alfredo sauce
1Tbsp.Italian seasoning
8oz. of uncooked pasta noodles, Bowtie or Penne
8oz.Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Grated Parmesan to sprinkle on top
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish, if desired
Instructions
Prepare your Crockpot with either non-stick spray or a disposable Crockpot liner for easy cleanup
Pour both jars of sauce into the Crockpot. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning in and give it all a good stir to blend.
Place the chicken into the sauce mixture. Then spoon some of the sauce over top of the chicken.
Place the lid on your Crockpot and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 4 or 5 hours until the chicken is done.
Remove the chicken from the Crockpot and either shred using two forks or cut into bite-size pieces, Then return the chicken to the Crockpot.
Cook your pasta according to package directions in hot boiling water until al dente. Drain then stir the pasta into the sauce and chicken mixture.
Top with mozzarella cheese and parsley if using. Serve with grated parmesan sprinkled on top of each serving.
