Ingredients

  • 1 can of pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. pepperoni

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the inside of your Crockpot with non-stick spray or line the inside with one of these disposable Crockpot liners.
  • Open the tube of pizza dough and fold it in half, from top to bottom to make a double thickness. Here comes that Chicago style pizza crust you love so much.
  • Now press the dough into the bottom of the Slow cooker. Press and stretch the dough up onto the sides as well. Work it with your fingers. You can spray your fingers with non-stick spray to make this process easier.
  • Pour the pizza sauce onto the dough and spread it evenly across the crust. Then add the cheese and meat.
  • Place the lid onto the Crockpot and turn onto the High setting for about 80 to 90 minutes. The house will smell delicious while your pizza is cooking in the Crockpot.
  • Carefully remove your Chicago style pepperoni pizza from the Crockpot onto a cutting board. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
