A quick recipe for a pan full of Chicken Parm Sliders. Filled with chicken tenders coated in Marinara sauce with melted cheese on top on a buttery garlic parmesan slider roll. Great for appetizers, lunch, dinner, game day or party food.
Preheat the oven to 350°. Take out your large baking sheet pan and cover with parchment paper for quick clean up. If you don’t have parchment paper, spray the pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
Using a large knife cut the whole entire entire package of rolls in half to create tops and bottoms. Place the bottom half onto your prepared sheet pan and set the top half aside. Now, add 6 slices of provolone cheese to the bottom half.
Shred the cooked chicken tenders by hand and place plenty of chicken on top of each slider as you go. Then spoon the marinara sauce over top of each sandwich covering the chicken. Now, top the chicken with another slice of provolone for each sandwich. Then place all the slider tops onto each.
In a small bowl, add the melted butter with the salt, minced garlic and grated parmesan. Mix together using a small whisk or fork until well blended.
Brush the butter and seasonings topping onto the tops of the sliders to cover well. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 15-20 or until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
