Ingredients
2large bananas
1/2cupGreek yogurt, full-fatI use Vanilla flavored yogurt
6oz.of cream cheese full-fatat room temperature
1/4cup of honey
Instructions
Prepare the bananas by peeling and cutting them into small pieces. Place them in a freezer-safe resealable bag. Place the bag in the freezer for several hours or until frozen solid.
Into your blender or food processor, add the frozen banana slices, yogurt, and cream cheese. Pour the honey on top. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides at least once.If your mixture is too thick, add 1 to 3 tablespoons of water and continue to blend.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Add the lid or cover tightly with foil. Place into the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen. I like to freeze it overnight.
Remove from the freezer and allow the container to sit on the counter for a few minutes to make scooping out easier. Serve and enjoy!
