A quick and easy recipe for Chicken Parmesan on the stovetop . No oven version of Chicken Parm. Chicken thighs marinated in Italian dressing then coated with Italian seasoning mix adds a ton of flavor to this weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
6-8boneless skinless chicken thighs
1Jar Ragu Homestyle Roasted Garlic sauce
2packs of dry Italian dressing mix
1CupItalian dressing
1/2CupShredded Parmesan
12oz.Linguine noodlescooked and drained.
Instructions
Marinade the thighs in the Italian dressing for at least 30 minutes. Put chicken in marinade in the morning to quick meal prep in the evening.
Drain the marinade from the chicken.
Toss the chicken with the 2 packs of dry Italian dressing mix to cover well.
Grill chicken until done.
Heat the Sauce in a saucepan while chicken is cooking.
Boil noodles and drain while sauce is heating.
Serve layered with noodles on bottom, then sauce, then chicken topped with a spoonful of sauce and finally sprinkled with the shredded Parmesan.
