An easy coleslaw recipe with a sweet creamy coleslaw dressing. Only four ingredients and it can be made a day ahead. The perfect side dish for most occasions.

Ingredients
116 oz. bag of Cole Slaw mix (found int he produce department)
1Tbsp.Apple cider vinegar
¾Cupmayonnaise
3Tbsp.sugar
Instructions
Blend the last 3 ingredients together in a cup until sugar is dissolved.
Pour your cole slaw mix into a bowl.
Pour the dressing mix into the slaw and stir well.
Cover and set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes prior to serving.
If you think it needs a little more mayo, add it but the slaw will get a little more creamy as it sits in the refrigerator. Be sure to stir again, just before serving.
