Crockpot Beef Tips & Gravy

This easy Beef Tips & Gravy recipe is made in the Crockpot with few ingredients. It's a very versatile recipe so you can add your own flavor touches and serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef tips
  • 2 13 oz. cans beef gravy 13 oz. ea.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 packet dry beefy onion soup mix Optional

Instructions

  • Prepare your Crockpot by adding a disposable liner for easy cleanup.
  • Season the beef tips with salt and pepper and then place them into the Crockpot. Sprinkle with one packet of Beefy Onion dry soup mix, if using. Pour the gravy over them and give it all a good stir. 
  • Turn the Crockpot on to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. The beef tips will be fork-tender and delicious! 
  • Serve over a bed of rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
