Brown and drain sausage. Let cool.
Prepare 9x13 glass baking dish with non-stick spray.
Open Crescent Rolls, unroll and lay out flat.
Line the bottom of the dish with the Crescent roll dough pinching together to form a crust.
Spread the sausage on top of the Crescent rolls.
Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
To Bake
Preheat oven to 350° F
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and seasonings.
If you are adding veggies, now is the time to blend them into the egg mixture.
Pour egg mixture over sausage and cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and reduce heat to 325°
Continue baking until the egg mixture is set, approximately 15 to 25 minutes or when knife inserted comes out clean.
