6cupsIceberg or Romaine lettuce
1smallRed Onion
8whole Pepperoncini
1/3cupBlack olives, pitted
1/2cupCroutons
1/2cupParmesan cheese, for garnish
Copycat Olive Garden Dressing Ingredients
1/2cupMayonnaise
1/3cupRed wine vinegar
1lemon, juiced
1Tbsp.Extra virgin olive oil
2 1/2tsp,Italian seasoning
1/2tsp.Garlic powder
1/4tsp.Salt
2Tbsp.Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
In a large serving bowl, layer the lettuce, sliced red onion, tomatoes, black olives, and croutons. (Save a few croutons to go on top)
Toss to mix. Then place the pepperoncini on top. Sprinkle the fresh parmesan cheese on top and serve.
Copycat Olive Garden Dressing Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. If you do not have a food processor, place all of the ingredients into a large Mason jar. Close the lid and shake, shake, shake.
Refrigerate until needed. If the dressing separates, just shake it prior to serving. Keep refrigerated.
