Baked Lemon Pepper Tilapia (Low Carb)

Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia thawed
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Line a baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Place fish on the pan and sprinkle each one with 1 Tbsp. of Lemon Pepper, 1/2 Tbsp. on front and 1/2 Tbsp on the back. You may use less if desired.
  • Bake uncovered for about 15 to 20 minutes until done. Cook time depends on the size of your fish. Fish will be white and flaky when done.
  • Serve and enjoy!
