An easy stick-to-the-ribs casserole with only a few basic ingredients packed with flavor.
  • 1 lb. Ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced potatoes
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix the first 5 ingredients together and pour into a prepared casserole dish,
  3. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes
  4. Remove from oven and top with cheese and French fried onions
  5. Return to oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
