A simple and easy luscious dessert showcasing Apples. I'm cooking for 2 but this recipe is easily adaptable to increase the serving size.
  • 1 Apple (I use Gala)
  • 4 Crescent Rolls
  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  1. Peel and cut up apple. Place into preheated skillet with 1 Tbsp. melted butter.
  2. Cook apples until tender on medium high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. While apples are cooking, prepare the crescent rolls. Pinch together 2 rolls to create a rectangle. You will do this twice so that your 4 crescent rolls are now in rectangles making 2 crusts.
  4. Spread 1 Tbsp. softened butter over the crescent rolls (1/2 Tbps. ea.) and sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar.
  5. Scoop the cooked, hot apples onto the crescent rolls. Fold over gently and pinch the edges together. Bake according to directions on the crescent roll package, generally at 375° for 9-12 minutes. Oven temperatures vary.
  6. Drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze. Serve and enjoy!
