Microwave Green Beans

- (1) lb. Fresh whole green beans
- 1 Cup chicken broth or water
- Dash of Sea Salt
- ½ Cup Pecan halves slightly toasted
- Prepare 1 lb. of fresh green beans by snipping of the tip ends.
- Place the beans into a shallow microwave safe bowl with lid.
- Pour about 1 cup of water or Chicken broth over beans and cover with lid
- Microwave on high for about 5-7 minutes. You want the beans to be steamed but crisp.
- Once done, toss with a nice sprinkling of sea salt and the toasted pecans.
- Serve and Enjoy
